Provider and contract
These terms apply to Evgenia Akhomgotva, sole proprietor, trading as “Smile Academy by Jiji”, c/o KU64, Kurfürstendamm 64, 10707 Berlin, Germany. A binding order is submitted with “Book with obligation to pay”; the contract is formed upon payment and electronic confirmation.
Prices and services
Whitening costs €499 online and €999 on site; tooth-gem training costs €549 online and €1,199 on site. The price allocation and combination of services expressly confirmed before ordering form part of the booking. Access is personal. Statutory rights for services and digital products remain unaffected. Certificates are not state recognition, professional licensing or dental qualifications.
Appointments and cancellations
Available appointments can be reserved immediately after confirmed payment. Online Zoom sessions take place at least seven days after payment; on-site Saturday sessions at least ten days after payment. Rebooking requires agreement and availability. Outside statutory rights, demonstrable loss may be claimed for an unfilled cancelled slot, less saved expenses; customers may prove a lower or no loss.
Liability and withdrawal
Liability remains unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability and guarantees. Consumers generally have a fourteen-day withdrawal right; details are in the separate withdrawal notice. Mandatory consumer law remains unaffected.
