What to know before you book.
Ask Jiji personallyDo I need prior experience for tooth gem training?
No. We start with the fundamentals. Experience in beauty, cosmetics or dentistry is helpful but not required. The training is suitable for beginners and for people wishing to deepen their knowledge.
How does online training differ from on-site training?
Both formats start with PDFs and videos. Online, you discuss the material in a personal 90-minute Zoom session. On site in Berlin, you work one-to-one with Jiji on a live model and receive direct feedback.
Does on-site training also include PDFs and videos?
Yes. Both formats include digital study materials for preparation and revision. After confirmed payment, you receive protected learning access. Lifetime access to the booked content and downloads is included.
When does my personal appointment take place?
After confirmed payment, reserve an available appointment immediately in your learning portal. The 90-minute Zoom session takes place Friday to Monday at least seven days after payment. On-site training takes place on an available Saturday at least ten days after payment.
Which certificate will I receive?
After successfully completing the training, you receive a personal Smile Academy by Jiji certificate of participation. It documents the completed content and does not replace a state or dental professional qualification.
How can I pay, and are installments available?
Pay with PayPal or through SumUp using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa or Mastercard. Installments may be available through PayPal. Select PayPal when booking. If PayPal displays the installment option, you can apply for it there. PayPal decides whether to approve your application and shows the repayment period, interest and installments before you confirm. If the option is not displayed, PayPal installments are not available for this booking.
